ArenaPro is built for venues that rent space by the hour — five-a-side and futsal pitches, padel, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. The booking is the spine: a court and an hour open the record, the hourly tariff sets the price, and check-out closes it into the till together with any canteen items the team ran up.

The day grid shows courts as columns and hours as rows, with occupancy, free hours and expected revenue on top. Tariffs can differ by court, day of week and time range. Recurring weekly matches are opened four weeks ahead and their period dues are reported apart from one-off bookings. Deposits are recorded on the day they are taken, double bookings on the same court and hour are blocked, and a no-show history warns you when a known phone number books again.

Customers can send booking requests from their own browser for you to approve, and follow their match by QR code with no app. The canteen sells with a Bluetooth barcode reader or the phone camera. Online card payment for deposits, match check-out and canteen goes to the venue’s own PayTR or Stripe account. A TV can show the day schedule without amounts or phone numbers.
