About the product

What does AUINA do?

AUINA is form software for businesses, developed and operated by AUIK GmbH in Germany. Teams build digital forms and checklists without coding in a desktop or tablet browser, then collect data, photos and signatures through the web app or apps for iOS, iPadOS, macOS and Android. Submitted data can be processed centrally and used to generate PDF reports. Public form links let customers and external participants respond in a browser without an AUINA account. Previously downloaded forms can be completed offline in supported apps when enabled; sending submissions and server-side processing require an internet connection. AUINA is available in German and English, with a free Solo plan and paid Team plans.
