BookingSolved: Client Booking

A tutoring appointment is not confirmed just because the message arrived. BookingSolved helps independent tutors turn a selected request into a proposed Apple Calendar booking that they can review. Paste the message, choose its screenshot or use the Share Sheet; the app processes only that input on the device.

Check the detected service, date, time and duration before approving anything. Missing or ambiguous details are flagged instead of guessed. Set lesson durations and preparation or travel buffers, then suggest open times within your business hours. Review reschedules or cancellations before changing Calendar, and edit the prepared reply before sending it yourself.

No Calendar change happens until approval. BookingSolved does not connect to an inbox, scan conversations in the background or contact clients automatically. The first three completed actions are free. Optional auto-renewing Pro monthly or yearly subscriptions unlock unlimited bookings, reschedules and cancellations; Undo is always free. Requires iOS 18 or later on iPhone or iPad.
