CSV Preflight Checker by Sales List Rescue

Disclosure: I run Sales List Rescue, the service that makes this tool.

It checks a CSV before you import it into a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho). Drop in a CSV, TSV or TXT file (comma, semicolon, tab or pipe delimited) and it reports:
– duplicate emails (case- and whitespace-insensitive)
– invalid and role emails (info@, sales@, noreply@)
– blank required fields (you choose the columns)
– phones not in + country code format
– inconsistent country/state values
– mixed date formats
– encoding problems and ragged rows
There is a sample messy file to try it on.

Pricing and registration: free, with no signup and no limits. Processing happens in your browser. The file is read by JavaScript on the page and never uploaded, and the page still works offline once loaded. The practical size limit is your device’s memory.

Limits: it reports problems and gives fix steps, but it does not fix the file. It checks email syntax only, with no mailbox or deliverability check. You don’t need anything paid to use the checker.
