Cuevy Free Browser Audio Tools

Cuevy provides seven free English browser tools for short recordings and call preparation: English audio/video transcription, a WAV voice recorder, audio trimming with fades, extracting audio from supported video, MP3-to-WAV conversion, a microphone test and a webcam preview. Russian tool pages are also available.

Transcription accepts compatible local audio or video up to 20 minutes and 50 MiB. Whisper base.en runs on the device and downloads about 110 MB on first use. Review the words and estimated segment times, then export TXT, SRT or VTT. Recognition is not guaranteed; there is no speaker identification, translation or caption burn-in. A computer is recommended.

The recorder, trimmer, video-audio extractor and MP3 converter have their own five-minute / 50 MiB input limits. The converter offers 16/24-bit WAV at 44.1/48 kHz; the other audio tools explain their own output format. The microphone test records up to ten seconds; the webcam tool provides a local preview without recording. Codec support and memory depend on the browser.

These web tools do not require an account, card, API key or paid result unlock. Audio, video, file names and transcripts are not uploaded to Cuevy.
