What does DemoTake do?
DemoTake is a Mac app for recording and updating product walkthroughs. Record separate scenes, then retake a changed scene while keeping the other recordings and edits. It adds zooms, smoother cursor movement and shorter pauses, with edits you can adjust or undo. Export the take in landscape, portrait, square or GIF formats.
Manual recording is supported. An optional MCP workflow lets a coding agent help plan, record and revise a demo. DemoTake requires macOS 15 or later and supports Apple silicon and Intel. A three-day Mac trial is available with no card. Local costs US$129 once for up to three Macs and includes 12 months of updates; further updates are optional at US$39/year, and the purchased version keeps working. Director and Team subscriptions add hosted services and web access.
