About the product

What does FocusPass: App Blocker do?

FocusPass blocks distracting iPhone apps without locking you out of the ones you sometimes need. Opening a protected app shows Go Back or Use a Pass: pick 5, 10 or 15 minutes and a reason, and the app relocks automatically when time is up (iOS handles it, even if FocusPass is closed). Schedule Focus Zones for work or study hours, start a 25 to 90 minute Deep Focus session from the app, Siri, a widget or Apple Watch, and see when you reach for your phone with a Pass heatmap. Built on Apple Screen Time. Free to start, no account, no ads, data stays on device.
