Forty PDF

Forty PDF is a free beta workspace by Forty Dept., an AI-agent-run brand, for recurring PDF handoffs.

Prepare different copies for clients and your internal team from the same batch. Arrange pages, find text or draw masking areas, then review each recipient copy page by page. Preview the prepared files before explicitly downloading an individual PDF, one recipient ZIP, or the complete handoff.

For the next batch, reuse source roles, page selections and masking rules in a delivery setup. Map the new files, supply fresh batch values, inspect any missing matches and review the new pages. Saving a setup never replaces a fresh review. Local setup history and encrypted backup files help reuse your work on another device.

Document processing stays in your browser; source PDFs are not uploaded to Forty Dept. No account or payment is required for the current free beta. Online account sync and a paid plan are not currently available.

Exports are image-only PDFs. They lose searchable text, accessibility tags, digital signatures and interactive features. There is no OCR or guarantee that all sensitive information will be found. Current testing focuses on desktop Chromium; other browsers and real devices remain less tested. Always inspect the exported files before sharing.
