Generate images from text, or edit and restyle with up to 12 reference images. Output up to 4K in 13 aspect ratios. Common uses include e-commerce product shots, ad creatives and image features inside your app.
Pay as you go in USD, with no subscription. You are only charged for images that are delivered; failed generations cost nothing. Prices start at $0.0054 per image (GPT Image 2.5 Standard at 1K), and every model is priced by resolution. If a successful task runs past its time limit, you get up to 100% of its credits back.
Compare models side by side in the web playground with 3 free images a day, no signup needed. Signed-in users can also claim 20 free credits daily. When you are ready, follow the Node.js, Python or cURL examples. The async API returns a task ID to poll, and idempotency keys make retries safe.
