Kahrbon

Kahrbon puts two everyday workplace jobs in one account: knowing who has arrived at the building, and making sure meetings end with clear follow-up.

At the front desk, staff check guests in through a six-step wizard, or visitors serve themselves at a lobby kiosk that runs in a tablet browser. A visitor can also scan a one-time QR code and finish on their own phone with no app download. Every check-in gets a badge number, and the host receives an e-mail and an in-app notification right away. An arrival card can optionally post to a Microsoft Teams channel for each location. A watchlist is matched by e-mail at check-in. Visit history can be filtered by status, location and date and exported to CSV.

For meetings, the Note Taker joins Microsoft Teams calls and records them. AssemblyAI transcribes with speaker labels, and Claude drafts the minutes, decisions and action items with owners. Plan Room holds the schedule, board agendas, votes and a decision register.

Host lookup and meeting attendees come from the same directory, synced from Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Every new organization starts with a 15-day free trial with no credit card required; plans are quoted by sales.
