About the product

What does Ledgo CRM do?

Ledgo is an AI-powered sales CRM for companies of any size, from a team of five to 250 users and more. The shared inbox takes WhatsApp, website chat, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and SMS; each conversation is assigned to one person and kept on the customer’s record. Every lead carries one next follow-up, and each person starts the day with one list. Quotes come from a catalog with tax per line, are signed online and become numbered invoices. Assist summarizes conversations, suggests the next step and drafts replies, on Business and Enterprise plans. Plans are per company with users included, from $39 a month, with a 14-day trial that needs no card.
