What does ML Junction do?
ML Junction is an API gateway for AI models. Developers call one API, or point the official OpenAI or Anthropic SDK at it by changing the base URL, and reach models from multiple providers for text, embeddings, images, speech, video jobs and batch work.
Each request is routed by capability, provider health, privacy requirements and cost, with a route preview before you spend. When a provider fails or is busy, the gateway retries and falls back across providers, accounts and models.
Every response carries a receipt: the route that ran, the cost, the prompt-cache result and the privacy policy applied. Teams can bring their own provider keys, set per-key budgets, rate limits and model allow-lists, and apply guardrails for prompt injection, PII and secrets.
For agents, ML Junction ingests traces over standard OpenTelemetry and exports to Grafana Cloud, LangSmith or S3. Adaptive models keep one model name while the model behind it changes on evidence from your own evaluations and outcomes. A native LangChain integration, langchain-mljunction, is on PyPI.
Pricing is usage-based on prepaid credits: provider rates at cost plus one routing fee.
