Hold a shortcut to speak, then insert the finished text into the focused app. Oat records meetings only when you choose Record Meeting, using your microphone and selected computer audio. It provides live transcripts and notes with timestamps, including decisions, next steps and open questions. Search saved meetings by phrase or meaning and open supporting transcript passages. Processing runs on the Mac after model setup. The desktop app has no account or cloud sync; internet is needed for purchase, downloads and updates. MumbleFlow costs $5 once with no recurring app subscription and requires an Apple Silicon Mac running macOS 26 or later. English recognition only.
