OtoparkPro runs a car park from the attendant’s phone instead of a PC, a ticket printer and a barrier controller. The camera reads the licence plate from a photo, the entry is timed, and at exit the fee is worked out from tiered tariffs — free minutes, time tiers, a daily cap and a rate beyond the last tier — with weekly, monthly or yearly subscribers passing at exit and expired ones flagged in a payment-due list instead of being held at the gate.

Each record has a QR code that shows the driver their plate, arrival time and running charge live in their own browser, with no app or account. Drivers can pay by card online by link or QR; the money goes straight to the business’s own PayTR or Stripe account and the exit completes when the payment lands. A television at the booth can show free spaces, occupancy and the tariff.

At the end of the shift the till separates parking and subscription income, cash and card, expenses and net cash, and the end-of-day summary can be shared over WhatsApp or SMS; period reports cover any date range. Several branches and staff with per-person permissions share one account.
