PickVideoFrame reads a local video and saves decoded frames as PNG or JPG images. The main tool supports a single frame, timed samples and original-frame sequences. The screenshot page includes a reproducible synthetic SDR test with actual saved files, image dimensions, byte sizes and relative pixel differences. Codec support depends on the browser and device, AVI is limited to Motion JPEG, and preservation of original HDR or high-bit-depth color is not guaranteed.
