What does PORTALD do?
PORTALD gives UK small businesses a branded client portal for collecting documents, photos, forms and signed agreements. Named checklists show clients exactly what to provide. Staff can approve each item or request a replacement with a reason. Optional AI checks compare uploads with the business’s instructions and give early feedback, while staff make the final decision. Build online forms, collect signatures and invite staff with managed roles. With the Xero integration, clients can view and download their own invoices, including paid invoices. Clients use a browser on phones or computers without installing an app. Solo costs £25 + VAT per business/month for 100 customers and 500MB storage. Practice costs £75 + VAT/month for 1,000 customers, 5GB storage, a custom portal domain and priority support. The 14-day Solo trial includes AI checks and requires no card.
