Integrations and compatibility
Our take
Quirkle’s appeal is that it does not try to turn flashcards into an enormous study platform. It gives students a cleaner way to create decks, upload cards in bulk and use spaced repetition without AI features or a cluttered interface getting in the way. It is still a young product, so it does not yet have the depth or ecosystem of Anki or Quizlet, but that simplicity is also the point.
Things to know
- Quirkle is a relatively new product and is still being actively developed
- It currently focuses quite narrowly on flashcards and spaced repetition rather than trying to be an all-in-one study platform
- There are no AI flashcard-generation features
- Users currently need to sign in before creating their free deck
- Public information about paid pricing is limited
- Students looking for large public flashcard libraries or mature community features may find established platforms such as Quizlet broader
- Advanced Anki users may still prefer Anki’s deeper customisation and add-on ecosystem
