What does RepairAmigo do?
RepairAmigo is management software built for phone, computer and electronics repair shops. Front-desk staff can log each device at intake, open a ticket or work order, and track the job from check-in to pickup. The parts inventory shows what’s on the shelf and what each repair used. When the job is done, print a clean receipt for the customer. Warranty tracking keeps a record of what’s covered and for how long, so returning customers are easy to handle. RepairAmigo runs as a VirtualBox virtual machine on your own computer (Windows PCs and Intel Macs), so your shop data stays with you.
