What does ScamsShield do?
ScamsShield helps people take a second look at suspicious links, messages and websites. It presents possible scam and phishing warning signs and points out what to verify independently. An automated assessment can be wrong and does not guarantee safety.
The web checker requires a free account and has usage limits. A separate desktop Chrome extension offers limited free local website checks without a ScamsShield account. Optional paid AI analysis is separate and uses external providers. Submitted web-check content is processed online, so use fictional examples when trying it and leave passwords, verification codes and payment details out.
The useful starting point is the explanation: read the warning signs and independently check important requests before deciding what to do. Current paid-plan terms and limits are on the product website.
