What does ScopeBid: Estimate & Invoice do?
Before sending a room-painting estimate, separate what the customer pays from your expected direct costs. ScopeBid lets you enter labor and materials, see estimated gross profit, gross margin and markup side by side, then preview the effect of a discount. Those figures are estimates, not take-home pay.
Start from a template, a blank quote or saved job pricing. Customer PDFs leave internal costs and margins out. Quoting and records work offline without an account, useful when the site has poor reception. ScopeBid records payments; it does not process cards or move money.
The first three quotes are free with full PDFs. Optional monthly or annual Pro unlocks unlimited quotes and the full Business Memory, job-costing and invoicing workflow. Existing work remains viewable and exportable.
