What does SeaTicket do?
SeaTicket is an AI-powered, open-source support center for your community and customers. It brings GitHub issues and pull requests, Discord forum posts, Discourse topics and support emails into one workspace, so public threads and private requests are handled side by side.
AI agents pick up every new question, search related issues, past cases and your knowledge base, and suggest a reply or a ticket. Your team approves, edits or discards each suggestion, and nothing is sent without that review. Approved replies post back to the original thread, and approved resolutions can be saved to a searchable knowledge base.
It also includes a self-service portal with AI chat, documentation and ticket tracking. It is released under the Apache 2.0 license and can be self-hosted with Docker Compose or used on the cloud, with a free plan.
