Seatnote Offline — Bilingual Place Cards & Badges

Seatnote Offline is downloadable software for creating English and Traditional Chinese place cards and event name badges from Excel .xlsx, UTF-8 CSV/TSV, or pasted spreadsheet cells. Map guest-list columns, review names, choose a fixed folded card, flat card or badge layout, and export a PDF with embedded fonts on A4 or US Letter paper. It supports up to 500 guests and a 10 MB import file. The interface has English and Traditional Chinese options, with two name fields for bilingual cards.

The downloaded application processes guest lists locally in browser memory, without an app account or guest-list upload. Refreshing or closing it clears the guest list and edits, so keep the original spreadsheet. One person or organization may reuse the delivered version for repeated events and paid client work; finished PDFs may be distributed, but the software itself may not be redistributed. US$9.99 one-time, plus applicable tax at checkout; no subscription.

Initial release: offline operation and PDF generation passed controlled desktop Chromium tests. Directly opening the extracted HTML on an ordinary computer and physical printing have not yet been verified. Current desktop Chrome and Edge are the intended browsers; other browsers and mobile file viewers are not fully validated. The three card sizes are fixed and not templates for a specific precut stock. Fonts cover many Chinese and Latin characters, not every character; unsupported text is reported. Check the actual sample PDF, dimensions and compatibility notice on the product website before buying. No physical cards, custom design, printing or emergency event support are included.
