What does Sheetwise do?
Sheetwise arranges rectangular parts on plywood, MDF and acrylic sheets. Enter or paste part dimensions and quantities in millimetres, decimal inches or fractional inches. Set the measured stock size, cutting kerf, edge trim and whether parts can rotate, then review every sheet and any unplaced pieces.
Calculation and complete sheet previews are free without an account. Projects stay in the browser. Each calculation supports one stock size, up to 20 part rows, 100 pieces and 20 sheets; use separate projects for different materials and thicknesses.
An optional $4.90 USD Project Pass, plus applicable tax, provides seven days of work-pack exports: PDF layouts with numbered parts and labels, CSV files, sheet SVGs and an offline HTML copy. It is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal. A sample PDF and ZIP are available before purchase.
Layouts are feasible arrangements, not guaranteed minimum-sheet solutions. The tool does not generate CNC or laser paths, nest curved shapes, or provide a cutting sequence.
