What does Small Business Cashbook do?
Small Business Cashbook is an English XLSX download sold for US$5 as a one-time purchase. It helps freelancers and independent small businesses record money received and spent manually.
The workbook contains 300 transaction rows and five sheets: Start Here, Settings, Transactions, Overview and Example. Monthly and annual cash summaries use the entered records. Editable percentage and fixed-fee settings estimate fees for income marked PayPal. Fee settings start at zero and must be updated to the user’s actual account rates.
Each copy uses one currency, with USD, EUR, GBP, CAD or AUD labels and YYYY-MM-DD dates. There is no currency conversion, transaction import, bank or PayPal account integration, tax calculation or full accounting profit calculation. The file contains no macros. It is designed for Excel and LibreOffice; recalculation was checked in LibreOffice.
The product page includes a free one-page PDF of the actual Example worksheet and a free guide to recording gross PayPal sales, fees and net cash without double-counting fees. This is a seller-submitted description, not a customer review or earnings claim.
