What does Studieklog Grade Calculator do?
Studieklog’s grade calculator (karakterberegner) works out the weighted grade average for Danish upper secondary students on STX, HHX, HTX and HF, using the current Danish 7-point scale and weighting rules: A, B and C levels weigh 2, 1.5 and 1, special projects such as SRP, SOP and SSO use their own weights, subjects with several grades share the weight automatically, and Bonus A is applied for STX, HHX and HTX.
Besides a plain average, students can work backwards (“what do I need?”) to see which future grades would reach a target, or simulate different scenarios. The average can then be compared with the 2026 official admission thresholds for 316 Danish higher education programmes.
What makes it useful: it is free, needs no account, and grades are not sent to a server; they are stored locally in the browser.
