TableThis gives teams and connected AI assistants a shared workspace of typed tables and Markdown documents. Teams can use it as persistent shared data behind internal apps built with Claude or Codex, and as a home for policies, processes, and decisions that assistants can read and update through MCP. Access controls and change history help teams manage who can edit and trace changes. Proposed AI changes can be reviewed, and unwanted changes can be undone; available write permissions also support direct edits. It is free to start with 100 MB of storage and no card required.
