About the product

What does TodoNote do?

TodoNote combines to-dos and notes in one workflow. Each task is also a writable page for research, drafts and decisions. Tasks and subtasks can be scheduled by day, while tags make useful records easier to find and reuse. Notes remain readable and editable after completing a task. The web, macOS and Windows apps sync with the same account. Compatible AI clients can connect through MCP with user-granted permissions. The free plan includes core features and up to 100 tasks, including subtasks and completed or trashed tasks. Pro costs $5 USD per month for unlimited tasks and attachments.
