What does VideoDeliveryChecker do?
VideoDeliveryChecker is a small offline HTML utility from SpinixTools for checking a video delivery set before handoff. Enter or import the expected filenames and requirements, select local video files, and compare filenames, width, height and duration. It flags missing or extra files, duplicate names and unknown results, and can export CSV and HTML reports. Requirements can be saved and restored as JSON. Japanese and English interfaces are included.
The tool runs locally in a desktop browser without uploading the selected videos. It is an early version (0.1), with limited testing on macOS Chrome using synthetic sample videos. Other operating systems, browsers, real production footage and large media have not been validated. It does not check codecs, frame rate, audio quality or full playback, and a passing report is not delivery approval.
Available for a one-time JPY 1,480 purchase on Gumroad. The license covers one purchaser for personal and work use, with report sharing allowed. App redistribution, resale, custom modifications and future updates are not included.
