About the product

What does VikiDesk do?

VikiDesk combines Windows remote support with Viki, an AI assistant for PC troubleshooting. IT service providers manage customer devices, tickets and appointments in a central console. Features include remote sessions, file transfer and text-based tasks governed by device permissions and user or support authorization. A customer module supports ongoing service relationships, and a quick-support tool supports individual sessions. Paid subscriptions are available with and without AI, with a five-day trial for eligible plans. The interface primarily serves German-speaking customers.
