WashPro

WashPro is a management app for car washes and detailing shops, built for the person standing on the wash floor rather than behind a desk. Point the phone camera at the licence plate and the job opens with the customer’s vehicle history, so there is no separate ANPR camera, barrier or on-site server to buy.

Every car moves through a live queue — waiting, in progress, ready, delivered — with the assigned washer and the time spent in each state. Handover times start from your service durations and then learn from how long jobs actually took. The customer follows their car through a QR code on their own phone, with no app and no account, and is notified when it is ready by WhatsApp, SMS or an Apple Wallet pass update.

Services are priced per vehicle class, staff commission builds up as work is done, and consumables are deducted per service with a projected run-out date. Buy-X-get-Y service promotions, a loyalty card, and weekly/monthly/yearly membership and fleet agreements are kept against the plate. Customers can pay by card online through the business’s own PayTR or Stripe account. A TV in the waiting area can show the queue.
