Yvila helps TikTok creators organise their own TikTok video archive and saved inspirations in one place. Search captions and text extracted from speech or on-screen words in your own videos, and keep inspiration links organised with notes and tags. Saved TikTok import is available to eligible TikTok accounts in the EEA and UK after the user grants access on TikTok.
The free plan includes 5 own videos and 5 inspirations in total, with no payment details and no automatic paid upgrade. Inactive free accounts may be deleted after 3 months without a login.
Creator adds automatic updates for your own videos, unlimited inspiration storage, manually triggered text extraction for up to 25 saved TikToks per month, related archive connections where a match is found, and performance insights once enough video data is available. It costs EUR 9.99/month plus a required one-time archive setup from EUR 29. Archive updates include up to 120 new own videos per month under fair use.
Saved inspirations are not all automatically analysed. Search relies on available text and can miss purely visual details. Yvila is not a complete backup of video files.
