Kpshka.ru is a Russian-language business platform built around three separate workflows. Suppliers can discover procurement notices from the Russian EIS system under 44-FZ and 223-FZ, using filters for purchasing subject, region, buyer, price and deadlines. The original procurement documents remain essential when evaluating a procedure.
Companies with their own purchasing needs can create commercial requests for proposals and consider supplier responses. Company stores provide a separate place to present goods and services: a fixed-price offer can lead to an order, while an individually scoped offer can lead to an inquiry and discussion with the seller.
Company profiles, press releases, favourites, messaging, tasks and CRM support these core workflows. Browser access and an Android companion application are available. Public tender search and viewing are available without registration in the app; personal tools require an account and the relevant access rights. Some platform services are paid.
