About the product

What does Whyset do?

Whyset helps small ecommerce teams understand patterns in return exports. Group returned items by product and reason, review refunds and handling costs, and assign an improvement action with an owner and review date.

The free CSV diagnostic runs in your browser without an account. The optional USD 29/month workspace saves up to 5,000 active return lines and adds product and reason analysis, optional shipment-period comparisons and action tracking. A 14-day trial needs no card and ends without a charge.

A period comparison is not a matched-order return rate, and refunds are not the same as recoverable profit.

Who it’s for

Who should use Whyset?

Small apparel and home-goods brands with recurring return exports but limited analysis and action tracking are the clearest fit based on how the product is positioned.
