Editorial Policy

We review every tool before it goes live

The Tool Directory is open to submissions, but publication is not automatic. Our team checks whether a product appears active, has a clear purpose and provides enough information to be useful to people comparing software.

We edit for usefulness, not hype

Our aim is to explain what a tool actually does, who it may suit, how it is priced and what someone should know before clicking through. We may rewrite or shorten promotional copy so profiles are easier to compare.

Community reviews stay separate from paid visibility

Ratings and written reviews come from signed-in members. Makers cannot pay for a better rating, fabricated reviews or a higher organic community position. Sponsored placements are labelled “Sponsored”.

Corrections and updates

Features, pricing, integrations and availability can change. Makers and visitors can contact us about outdated information, and verified owners can keep key product details current.
